  • Service status updates (e.g., “Your replacement part has arrived”)
  • Portal notifications (e.g., password resets, account alerts)
  • Billing and invoice notifications (e.g., “Invoice #12345 is available”)

6. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Key terms include:

  • Late Payments: Overdue balances may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum allowed by law.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically within 30 days of service cancellation, if applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
